"Works well enough, but check the fit first"
I’ll give them credit where it’s due — the bendpak accessories I ordered did fit my lift and basically did what they were supposed to do. I did have to stop and double-check one of the adapter sizes before ordering, which was a little annoying, but it ended up being the right call. Shipping was fine, nothing special but no real issues either. Overall, I’m happy with it, even if I wish the compatibility info was a bit easier to figure out upfront.

"Easy process from order to install"
I ordered my bendpak lift through a local dealer, and the whole thing was straightforward. They were easy to talk to, answered my questions clearly, and got the delivery set up without making it complicated.
The installer they recommended showed up when he said he would and clearly knew what he was doing. He had it bolted down faster than I expected, and the lift has already been really useful in the shop. I’d definitely use their dealer and installer network again.

"Return support took way too long"
I tried to get help with a return, but it felt like I was just left waiting around forever. Maybe I just had bad luck, but the whole process was slower than I expected and frustrating

"The lift does what it’s supposed to…"
The lift does what it’s supposed to do, but it wobbled more than I expected once I started using it. Maybe it’s fine, but in my garage I just couldn’t shake the feeling that it wasn’t as stable as I wanted it to be. I ended up feeling a little nervous around it, so for me, it wasn’t the confidence-inspiring setup I was hoping for.

The lift itself works fine... no real complaints there. The main thing for me was the size once it was actually set up in the garage. I measured before ordering, but it still ended up feeling a lot tighter than I thought, especially when trying to move around the sides. It does fit, just not as comfortably as I was hoping. I wish the space requirements were a little clearer for smaller garages. Overall it’s okay... just make sure you leave yourself some extra room.

"Comfortable enough for everyday shop use"
I’ve been using this around the shop daily, and overall it’s comfortable. The controls are simple and easy to get used to, which is always a plus. My only real complaint is the handle height—it could definitely be a bit better. Isn’t that the kind of thing you notice more the longer you use it?

"Checkout Was such a hassle"
Checkout kept freezing when I got to payment, which was super frustrating. Then my cart randomly changed the shipping option twice, so I had to keep going back and fixing it. I did finally get the order placed, but it was way more annoying than it needed to be.

They do offer payment and financing options, which was a help for me. The checkout was little confusing though, and the approval details weren’t really clear at first. I had to figure out a few things as I went, but it did work out in the end

I ordered from BendPak and the shipping was really quick. The tracking worked like it should, and the driver called before showing up, which really helped. Everything showed up in good shape with no issues or drama. it was a better delivery experience than I was expecting.

It works fine for what I need it for, especially if you’re just using it here and there. That said, if I were using it every day or putting it through heavier use, I’m not sure it would hold up as well. The durability could definitely be better.

"Good lift overall, but I expected a bit more"
We’ve been using this lift in our shop for a few months now, and most days it does the job just fine. It feels sturdy and strong enough for what we need, and getting it set up wasn’t too much of a headache. The only real downside was that after a while the controls started sticking a bit, and it took some time to get that sorted out. It wasn’t a major disaster, but for the price, I did expect it to be a little more dependable. Overall, I’d say it’s a decent lift, just not quite as trouble-free as I hoped.

"Good lift, but customer service was slow"
I do like the lift overall, but uh, dealing with BendPak customer service was kind of frustrating. I emailed them twice and waited a few days before I heard anything back. When they finally did reply, the response was short and didn’t really cover everything I asked. I ended up having to call again just to get it sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience, but their response time definitely needs some work.

"Really well protected during shipping"
The lift showed up in great shape with no dents, scratches, or bent pieces. The outside box had definitely taken a few hits during shipping, but the lift itself was wrapped really securely with plenty of padding around the corners and metal parts. I was impressed that everything inside stayed protected and clean.

Ordered from bendpak the install went smoother than I expected. The parts were packed well and the instructions were easy to follow for the most part. I was feeling a bit rushed trying to get everything done, but me and a buddy still managed to get it assembled without any major issues. We checked things over as we went, and in the end it worked out great. Really happy with it

"The site got a ton of..."
The site got a ton of products, which is nice, but looking around was feeling clunky. The menus wasn’t that clear, and I keep having to click back a bunch just to compare different lifts. Some pages load okay, but others was kind of messy and had too much info all over the place. I did end up finding what I needed, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience

I ordered a lift from Bend-Pak, and in my case the stock info was accurate. It showed as available, my order went through normally, and I didn’t get hit with any surprise backorder message afterward. The shipping update took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, so I wouldn’t say everything was super fast, but if you’re mainly worried about whether the inventory status is trustworthy, my experience was solid overall.
